Golden Rishta — Refund Policy

Welcome to Golden Rishta. Our engagement model is structured as a private, professional consultancy. All fees are charged for professional effort, matchmaking research, and confidential advisory services — not for guaranteed outcomes.

1. Nature of Professional Fees

All payments made to Golden Rishta constitute compensation for time, expertise, research, screening, and personalised matchmaking services. The client retains our services as a professional advisory — not as a results-based or success-guaranteed arrangement.

2. Limited 24-Hour Grace Period

A strictly limited review window is provided to ensure informed commitment:

• Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.
• Administrative Deduction: Approved refunds are subject to a mandatory 10% deduction covering onboarding, verification, and operational costs.

3. Post-Activation Non-Refundability

Upon expiry of the 24-hour window — or upon initiation of profile activation, research, or matchmaking processes — all fees become final.

• Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Voluntary withdrawal from the service does not qualify for any refund.
• Independent marriage arrangements or external proposals do not affect fee status.
• Outcomes, including non-finalization of a match, do not constitute grounds for refund.

4. Conduct, Ethics & Termination

Golden Rishta maintains a strict code of professional conduct aligned with confidentiality and respect.

• We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation, harassment, or breach of confidentiality.
• Termination under such conditions results in immediate forfeiture of all fees paid.

5. Payment Disputes & Legal Position

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that payments are made for professional work already allocated and performed. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal attempt through a financial institution, without prior written agreement from Golden Rishta, constitutes a contractual breach.

In such cases, Golden Rishta reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

6. Binding Acceptance

By making payment or formally engaging with Golden Rishta, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of this policy, including the non-refundable nature of professional matchmaking services.
