Golden Rishta: Terms & Conditions — The Governance of Your Professional Matrimonial Mandate

Welcome to Golden Rishta. We provide a preeminent, human-led matchmaking advisory offering exclusive, culturally aligned synchronizations for distinguished families and global professionals. By engaging our Services, you ("the Principal" or "Client") agree to be bound by these professional protocols.

1. Scope of Advisory Services & Delivery Protocols

Golden Rishta provides fiduciary-grade, personalized, and human-led matchmaking tailored to dynastic, cultural, and professional compatibility.

• No Fixed Timeframe: The Private Office is not bound to share profiles on any fixed time-base (daily, weekly, or monthly). We focus strictly on genuine compatibility and marriage potential. Our stewardship is defined by quality, not frequency.
• Consultancy Status: We act as a consultant facilitating introductions. Golden Rishta is not committed to or responsible for the finalization of commitments, engagements, or marriages.
• Outcome Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific timelines or outcomes. The synchronization of lives is subjective and rests on the mutual consent of involved parties and their families.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to decline any mandate or profile at our sole discretion to maintain the supreme integrity of our exclusive registry.

2. Professional Conduct & Decorum

To preserve the elite integrity of our registry, strict standards of behavior are mandated for all Principals:

• Zero Tolerance for Misbehavior: Any form of misbehavior, verbal abuse, harassment, or unprofessional conduct toward Golden Rishta staff or introduced families will result in the immediate termination of your mandate.
• Registry Protection: Should a Principal display behavior that compromises the reputation of our office, we reserve the right to blacklist the profile permanently without notice to protect our high-profile network.
• Forfeiture of Fees: In cases of termination due to misconduct or misbehavior, all paid fees are strictly non-refundable as a penalty for breach of professional decorum.

3. Registration Fees & Refund Mandate

Our fee structure reflects the high-touch, secure nature of our stewardship. To maintain trusted institutional standards, the following refund protocols apply:

• 24-Hour Grace Period: Refund requests for registration fees are only accepted within 24 hours of payment, provided the internal diagnostic process has not commenced.
• 10% Administrative Deduction: All eligible refunds incur a 10% deduction to cover institutional processing, taxation, and banking fees.
• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be disbursed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Status: After the 24-hour grace period, all fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as they cover the activation of our best advisory resources.

4. Verification & Liability Disclaimer

While we perform private due diligence and forensic-level vetting, the following limitations of liability apply:

• Third-Party Fraud: If a family is found to have committed fraud before or after marriage/engagement, Golden Rishta is not responsible or liable for the acts of those families or individuals.
• Ultimate Responsibility: It is the ultimate responsibility of the Principal and their family to check, verify, and perform final background/family checks on any introduced party. We facilitate the introduction; the Client performs the final validation.
• Information Integrity: We are not liable for misrepresentations regarding income, education, age, or history provided by third parties. Our role is strictly advisory.
• Post-Match Conduct: We assume no liability for the behavior, character, or actions of any party after an introduction or marriage has taken place.

5. Non-Circumvention & Success Fees

• Direct Contact Ban: The Principal shall not attempt to bypass the Advisory to contact introduced parties privately to avoid success fees.
• Success Fee Entitlement: The Success Fee remains due upon any union resulting from a Golden Rishta introduction, even if the finalization was concluded privately.
• Payment Trigger: The Success Fee is earned and becomes payable immediately upon the formalization of a bond (Nikah, Engagement, or formal family agreement) and is non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Data Deletion: To protect VVIP privacy, the Principal agrees to delete all shared profile data immediately if a match is not pursued. Sharing data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Proprietary Methodology: All diagnostic forms, consultancy processes, and profile formats are the intellectual property of Golden Rishta. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Interpretation & Jurisdiction

The terms "Sovereign," "Legacy," "Private Office," and "Advisory" constitute Golden Rishta’s proprietary brand nomenclature. These designations are expressive of our internal methodology and do not represent governmental or statutory legal status.

Disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan and resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
