Welcome to Golden Rishta, an independent private matchmaking office operated under GR Signature (SMC-Private) Limited, registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP CUIN: 0339351). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services — Advisory, Not Outcome

Golden Rishta operates strictly as a private, human-led matchmaking advisory and facilitator.

Process-Based Service: Fees are charged for professional search, screening, advisory, and facilitation efforts — not for a guaranteed marriage outcome.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee proposals, engagements, or marriages. Outcomes depend on mutual compatibility, family decisions, availability, and personal circumstances.
Non-Time Bound: Profile sharing is strictly based on availability of genuine matches. We are not bound by daily, weekly, or monthly delivery timelines.
Consultancy Role: We facilitate introductions only. Final decisions, verifications, and outcomes remain solely with the involved families.

2. Availability, Compatibility & Patience

All matchmaking is strictly subject to real-time availability of compatible profiles.
We prioritize quality over quantity and will never share irrelevant or unsuitable profiles to satisfy timelines.
If no suitable match is currently available, the Client agrees to wait patiently, understanding that timeline cannot be guaranteed.

3. Fees, Refund Policy & Activation

24-Hour Grace Period: Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of payment, subject to a 10% administrative deduction.
Post-Activation Policy: After 24 hours or once internal processing begins, all fees become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Process-Based Payment: Fees are for professional effort, not results. No refund applies if:
- No match is found
- Client withdraws voluntarily
- Client finds a match independently

4. Verification & Liability Disclaimer

Golden Rishta relies on information provided by clients and third parties.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any profile data.
We do not conduct physical investigations, financial audits, or surveillance.
Client Responsibility: Clients must independently verify all information before making any commitment.
Limitation of Liability: Golden Rishta is not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, disputes, or outcomes arising before or after introductions or marriage.

5. Non-Circumvention & Success Fee

Clients shall not bypass Golden Rishta to contact introduced parties privately.
The Success Fee remains payable if a match is finalized through our introduction, regardless of where or how finalization occurs.
Success Fee becomes due upon engagement, nikah, or formal agreement.

6. Code of Conduct & Termination

Zero Tolerance: Misbehaviour, harassment, or disrespect toward our team or other clients results in immediate termination of service.
Data Misuse: Sharing or distributing profiles, images, or personal data received through our service is strictly prohibited.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, to protect the integrity and safety of our network.
No Refund on Misconduct: Termination due to breach of this code results in no refund of fees paid.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All profiles and personal data shared through our service are strictly confidential.
Clients must delete all shared information if a match is not pursued.
All systems, methodologies, and materials produced by Golden Rishta are proprietary and protected.

8. Cultural & Religious Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that marriage is a personal, cultural, and religious matter. Golden Rishta respects Islamic and cultural values; however, outcomes remain subject to individual choice, compatibility, and circumstances beyond our control.

9. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

10. Binding Acceptance

By making payment or engaging with Golden Rishta, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the non-refundable nature of fees and the limitation of liability set out above.
