Welcome to Golden Rishta — We provide a exclusive, human-led matchmaking service offering exclusive, culturally aligned introductions for families and professionals in Pakistan and overseas. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.goldenrishta.pk), consultations, profile submissions, matchmaking introductions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, submitting a profile, engaging in consultations, or otherwise using our Services, you ("you," "user," or "client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Golden Rishta provides confidential, personalized, and human-led matchmaking tailored to family, cultural, and professional compatibility.

Family and personality assessments for compatibility.
Confidential introductions, VIP bespoke solutions, and curated matchmaking.
Support and guidance for individuals, families, overseas Pakistanis, and complex cases (including second marriages or divorces).
Ongoing consultation, cultural alignment advice, and facilitation throughout the matchmaking process.

Important Notes:

Golden Rishta is not an automated online matrimonial/dating platform. All Services are primarily offline, private, and reliant on human judgment and discretion.
We reserve the absolute right to accept or decline any client, profile submission, or matchmaking request at our sole discretion, without providing reasons or incurring liability.
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis and are subject to availability of suitable matches within our network.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal marriageable age under Pakistani law, whichever is higher) and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
Not be prohibited from using matchmaking services under applicable laws.

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information during profile submissions, consultations, and all interactions.
Maintain the confidentiality of any information received about potential matches, including profiles, contact details, and introduction processes.
Not misuse our Services for any unlawful, unethical, or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to harassment, misrepresentation, fraud, or solicitation.
Not attempt to circumvent Golden Rishta by directly contacting or engaging with introduced parties without our express written consent.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to marriage, data protection, and anti-discrimination in Pakistan.
Notify us immediately of any changes to your provided information or circumstances that may affect matchmaking.

Breaches of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of Services, forfeiture of any fees paid, and potential legal action. You acknowledge that false or misleading information may lead to mismatched introductions and hold us harmless for any resulting issues.

3. Fees & Payments

Official Service Fees: Golden Rishta offers three exclusive matchmaking tiers, each designed for distinct client needs and preferences:
- Essential Class: Registration Fee – PKR 30,000 (non-refundable); Success Fee – PKR 150,000 (upon final proposal confirmation).
- Premium Class: Registration Fee – PKR 60,000 (non-refundable); Success Fee – PKR 250,000 (upon final proposal confirmation).
- Elite/Overseas Class: Registration Fee – PKR 100,000 (non-refundable); Success Fee – PKR 400,000 (upon final proposal confirmation).
These fees apply globally to all Golden Rishta clients, including both domestic and international registrations.
Initial Registration and Processing Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee payable upon profile submission to cover registration, administrative costs, and onboarding into our matchmaking process. This fee remains non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to client withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or failure to proceed to a match.
Final Fee on Committed Proposal or Match: A non-refundable success fee payable only upon a final decision, committed proposal, or match (e.g., a formal engagement or equivalent commitment confirmed by both parties). This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the outcome after commitment (e.g., engagement or marriage dissolution).
Post-Commitment Services: If any issues arise after a committed proposal or match (e.g., engagement ends or plans change), any further matchmaking services will require a new registration, including payment of a new initial registration and processing fee, as if starting a new process.
Scope of Fees: All fees cover the facilitation of the matchmaking process up to the point of a committed proposal or match. No additional charges apply beyond this point unless a new registration is initiated or mutually agreed additional services are requested.
Consultation: Initial consultations are complimentary for the purpose of assessing compatibility, client expectations, and service suitability.
Payment Methods: All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved methods such as bank transfer, cash deposit, or verified online payment systems. All fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Non-Payment & Suspension: Failure to make payment for any due fee will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.
Non-Refundable Policy: By engaging Golden Rishta's services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments — including registration, processing, and success fees — are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, with no exceptions.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Confidentiality is paramount to our Services:

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it without your explicit written consent, except as required for matchmaking introductions or by law.
Anonymized or consented details may be shared solely for the purpose of facilitating introductions, and only with verified parties.
Clients must reciprocate by respecting the privacy of other parties and not disclosing any received information without permission.

Data Protection:

As a data controller, we process personal data (including sensitive data such as religion, caste, health, and marital status) only for matchmaking purposes, with your consent.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or breach. In case of a data breach, we will notify affected parties.
You consent to the collection, storage, and limited sharing of your data as described.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and materials, is owned by Golden Rishta or our licensors and protected by Pakistani copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
User-submitted information (e.g., profiles) remains your property, but by submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely for providing Services.
You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and indemnify us against any such claims.

6. Service Limitations & Liability

Our Services are human-led, judgment-based, and provided on a best-efforts basis. Please note:

We provide Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed outcomes.
We cannot guarantee the availability of matches, successful engagements, marriages, or any specific results. Matchmaking success depends on various factors beyond our control.
We are not bound to deliver matches, introductions, or any specific outcomes within a fixed or predetermined time duration. Due to the personalized and subjective nature of our Services, timelines for profile reviews, match suggestions, or proposal arrangements may vary based on factors such as the availability of suitable candidates, client responsiveness, and the complexity of individual preferences.
While we verify information to the best of our ability using reasonable methods, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of client-provided data. You are responsible for independent verification of any introductions.
Golden Rishta shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, emotional distress, or reputational harm arising from or related to our Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
The above limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Exceptions: Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Representations, Warranties, and Indemnification

You represent and warrant that: (i) all information provided is accurate and not misleading; (ii) you have the right to share such information; (iii) your use of Services complies with these Terms and laws; and (iv) you are not using Services for any prohibited purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Rishta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your submissions or actions; (iii) disputes with third parties (e.g., matches); or (iv) any misrepresentation or fraud by you.

8. Termination

You may terminate Services at any time by providing written notice (email suffices). No refunds will be issued for partial use.
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if: (i) you breach these Terms; (ii) non-payment occurs; (iii) your actions conflict with our ethical standards; or (iv) for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you cease, but obligations such as confidentiality, indemnity, and payment survive.
Termination does not relieve you from accrued obligations or liabilities.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan (without regard to conflict of laws principles) and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
You waive any right to class or representative actions; all disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
We may seek injunctive relief in any court for breaches of confidentiality or intellectual property.

10. Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreements, constitute the entire understanding between you and us, superseding prior communications.
Updates: We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Waiver: No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms or Services without your consent. You may not assign without our written approval.
Notices: Notices must be in writing and sent via email (to info@goldenrishta.pk for us; to your provided email for you) or registered mail.
Headings: Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
