Yes, completely. The first conversation costs nothing, carries no obligation, and can be arranged by video call at any time that suits you — whether you are in London, Dubai, Toronto, or anywhere else.
Is my information kept private regardless of tier?
Yes — complete confidentiality applies at every tier without exception. Your profile is never made public, never listed in any directory, and never shared without your explicit consent.
How long does the matchmaking process take?
We do not promise or imply a timeline. Finding the right match is a careful, considered process that cannot be rushed without compromising the quality of the introduction. A higher tier gives your engagement more dedicated consultant attention and a wider search scope — not a guarantee of a faster outcome.
How do I pay the registration fee?
By direct bank transfer to our official company account under GR Signature SMC-Private Limited. Once you confirm your tier with your consultant, we share the account details and issue a formal receipt. We do not accept payments through personal accounts or informal channels.
